She pursued this passion by attending and graduating from culinary school where she broadened her knowledge and improved her skills. After beginning her culinary career in a five-diamond, four-star resort in Arizona, she decided to make a career move to work for a large catering business. This is where Holli discovered her desire to have her own catering business. She kept the dream of owning her own business alive and years later, when the opportunity presented itself, she didn’t waste any time getting Slice of Heaven Catering off the ground!   Slice of Heaven Catering was established in early 2004.
